Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of your delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be included unless the issue was due to our error.
