By purchasing a subscription from AURA, you agree to the following terms.

Subscription Overview

AURA subscriptions automatically renew based on the plan selected at checkout (monthly or prepaid). You will be charged according to your chosen billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the next renewal date.

Billing & Renewals

• Subscriptions are billed automatically at the beginning of each billing period.
• For monthly subscriptions, billing occurs on the same date each month.
• For prepaid subscriptions (such as 6-month or 12-month plans), the full amount is charged upfront at the time of purchase.

Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account prior to your next billing date.
• Once a renewal has processed, that billing cycle cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not affect orders already processed.

No Prorated Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel after a billing cycle has begun, your subscription will remain active until the end of that paid period.

Prepaid Subscription Terms

Prepaid subscriptions (including but not limited to 6-month or 12-month plans) are non-refundable. Early cancellation of a prepaid subscription does not result in a refund for unused time or shipments.

Changes to Subscriptions

Customers may be able to update preferences, scents, or variations depending on availability and plan settings. Subscription upgrades or changes apply to future billing cycles unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed. This includes monthly renewals and prepaid subscription purchases.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the charge again. If payment cannot be completed, the subscription may be paused or canceled.

Policy Updates

AURA reserves the right to update or modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Changes will apply to future subscriptions and renewals.
